A lot of the reviews here are asking why is a great actress like Alexandra Daddario starring in this feeble attempt at a 9 1/2 weeks rehash. The reason is she's not a great actress, yet, and might never get there, but perhaps she is bored of playing the predictable yet safe opening herself to new challenges from exciting and dynamic writers and directors she might get there. Look at the likes of Helen Mirren, Meryl Streep, Rachel Weisz, they didn't get there by being safe. Good luck to her. PS I thought this movie had some of her most emotional acting.

The storyline of the movie was ok ok but the performance delivered by Alexandra was impressive. She is always a treat to watch so if you are a Alex fan as i am you will like her act in the film. Not only is alexandra probably the most beautiful woman in the world, but she is also an actress of extraordinary talent unfortunately very little known to the large audience, but in this film she gives an Oscar-winning interpretation, the character of Margaret is so intense, powerful, melancholy that remains etched in the memory. Alexandra is so great that even in moments of silence she manages to convey a myriad of emotions just with her gaze.
Too bad the same cannot be said of the film, which is not as bad as some claim, but it could have been much better, the director cannot always keep the interest in what is happening, everything is just sketchy and if we exclude alexandra, the other actors as well as their characters are very flat, in return, the film has a beautiful photograph, with dark colors that actually fascinate.
In conclusion, I consider this film only watchable, with a rating of 6, while the vote that Alexandra deserves is 10, immense actress, beautiful woman, the woman of my dreams that I hope to meet one day.
